Weekly mowing
Cut, trim, edge, and blow. We mow in alternating directions week to week so the grass stands up instead of laying flat.
From $55 a visit
Planting and mulching
Spring and fall beds. Perennials that handle Virginia summers, shredded hardwood mulch at three inches, edges cut by hand.
From $420 a bed refresh
Aeration and seeding
Core aeration every September, then tall fescue blend seed and starter fertilizer. This is what fixes thin, tired lawns.
From $190 for a quarter acre
How the free cut works
Nothing to sign up front
You call, text, or send the form
Tell us your street and roughly how big the yard is. We usually answer the same day.
We walk the yard
Ten minutes. We look at slope, gates, dog runs, and anything that needs to stay untouched.
We mow it free
Full service cut, no charge, no pressure. If you like it, we put you on the weekly route. ** Up to 1/3 acre. $20 for 1/2 acre and $50 up to 1 acre

If you are just outside these areas, call anyway. If your street is on the way to a yard we already cut, we can usually make it work.
